Scenery

Posted on: November 10, 2011

I just got back from the most amazing run/workout.  I ran over to Ala Moana Park again, but I stopped at a different spot this time.  I was under a big tree with a perfect view of palm trees, the harbor, the ocean, houses on top of a hill and a mountain in the distance.  The clouds were moving quickly over head and there was a warm breeze.  It was an awesome setting.  There were also a bunch of birds.  The birds here aren’t afraid of people and don’t fly away when you get close to them.  Also cool.  I want to go to that beach back there.  Maybe if I finish everything this morning I can stop by before snorkeling this afternoon.  The weather is so great here.  I have the door open and the fan on and it is comfortable.  It is November 10th and I can still go to the beach and get a tan.  I love that!  I’m sure its cold and nasty at home.  Not looking forward to heading back to that.   I’ve got to hop in the shower and then do some laundry.  Laundry is $1.75 to wash and $2.00 to dry.  Doesn’t that seem expensive?!

Here are the birds I’ve been seeing a lot of:
